w00t it's Skull Man from Mega Man 4 this time. The character design was inspired by a cartoon by
 that I can't find, which was based on those Nestea commercials. Hilarious parallel. Anyway, as far as the game was concerned, Skull Man's powers were basically a direct ripoff of Wood Man's powers from Mega Man 2, but I think Capcom's argument would be that he had SKULLS so it was better. Drawn on printer paper, scanned and colored with photoshop. |

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
