Bah, okay, yeah I know I'm WAAAAAAAY behind on that lucky number 5 thing I said I'd do for you guys, but truth be told I haven't drawn anything that's been good enough to submit to the site in like.... a month and a half! WTF?! But I'll get em done, just kinda found myself in an art slump at the moment, hang in there! ^_^

In other news, my friends and I decided we're gonna try (keyword: try) to put together a D&D campaign because we thought we MAY, at some point, have had women who considered MAYBE thinking about coming over here sometime in the not too distant future, and we've gotta scare em away before we get cooties or start watching football or something. Plus it's been a long time since any of us got together for any reason, and I could possibly use it as an excuse to draw some new characters. Anybody have any cool ideas for campaign settings or anything?

So yeah I haven't colored anything in a long ass time, I dunno I just haven't had the urge to crack open photoshop and do anything besides just scan stuff. I'ma try to work on that.

For those that care, which I suspect is very few, work on Ever is coming along rather swimmingly. Ideas flow like.......... water or something. Hopefully soon it'll get to the point where I can start writing it, I can't wait to see what you all think about it.

Okay, so, I rarely write journals (not much happens in the art aspect of my life), but I think this deserves it's own entry.

Anyway, there's a story I've been kinda working on for quite a long time, mostly in my head and making drawings of the characters every now and then. It's kind of a fantasy story but I'm going for a very unique style with it, giving it an extra added level of depth that I feel is missing from alot of fantasy. Well recently I decided I want to do something with it (probably initially make it into a novel), so I've been doing some writing lately and a little bit of drawing to iron out the concepts for the characters.

However, doing alot of writing gives me alot of ideas for drawings, so juggling between the two is gonna be a challenge for me. Also, some of the character concepts are a bit.... beyond what I'm capable of drawing. At least with my current skill level. Therefore, when my redition of my characters aren't exactly satisfactory, I'm gonna be seeking out comissions from people I think would be able to capture the look and personality I have in mind. And hopefully seeing them done in a different style will give me some new ideas as well.

The story itself is called Ever, I've already got a few of my own drawings up with character descriptions so you can kinda get an idea of it (I think). Hopefully there will be more on the way too.
